Nantucket
Originally a residential development, the structure was transformed into office condominiums where people could invest in the resurgence of Akron's real estate market. The Nantucket Building was left in a great state of disrepair and neglect for more than 25 years before it was finally infused with a new direction that gave people an opportunity to invest in real estate downtown. It’s now a well-maintained structure that adds character to the Akron landscape. The space appeals to workers--primarily attorneys--who want to be in close to the federal courthouse corporate headquarters of Summa Care.
